Martin spent more than 30 years at Wacker Neuson in senior roles across R&D, sales, and operations. A seasoned C-suite leader, he served 16 years as an Executive Board member, contributing to the company’s growth into a global organization with approximately 6,000 employees and €1.9B in revenue.
Martin brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, high-performance team development, plant restructuring and transformation, M&A, and building strategic partnerships. He also played a key role in the company’s successful IPO in 2007 and has long-standing involvement in industry committees and associations.
