Drooglever held senior leadership roles at Caterpillar, managing multi-billion-dollar divisions across Germany, England, Russia, the United States, and Switzerland.
He led Caterpillar’s Russian business during a period of rapid growth, oversaw global backhoe loader operations and drove production optimization and profitability, and directed the integration of the underground business following the Bucyrus acquisition. Most recently, he was entrusted with managing Caterpillar’s largest global mining accounts.
